Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse an exchange. The voucher is activated immediately after purchase and is then removed from our system. As a result, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in this case.

Choose fashioncheque or Gift Card as your payment method during checkout. Then enter your 19-digit card number and 6-digit SC code.

Please note: Do not use the field for discount codes or coupon codes.

Would you like to use your fashioncheque at one of these webshops? First, simply exchange your fashioncheque via our exchange page.

1. Go to the payment page during checkout.
2. Click "Add gift cards".
3. Enter your H&M voucher code and PIN.
4. Click "Add".

1. Log in to your account on Zalando.de or in the Zalando app, or create a new account.

2. Enter your gift card during the final step of the checkout process in the "Discount code or gift card" field.

3. If you don't use the full balance, the remaining amount will stay in your Zalando account under "My Gift Cards".

Please contact the store or webshop where you purchased the product to ask how they handle returns paid for with a fashioncheque. Depending on the retailer's policy, you may receive a refund or a voucher/discount code. The decision is entirely up to the store or webshop.

You can use your Zalando voucher to purchase fashion items, including clothing, shoes, sportswear and children's clothing.

Your Zalando voucher cannot be used to purchase make-up, beauty and personal care products, sports equipment, jewellery, home décor or household items.

The fashioncheque can be used at a large number of fashion stores and online shops. You can easily find all participating stores and webshops using our Shopfinder.

You can choose from the following voucher values: £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40, £45 or £50. Please make sure your voucher has a minimum balance of £5 before using it.
