The settlement/payment takes place every two weeks.
Does the fashioncheque have to be spent all at once in my store/webshop?
No, that is not necessary. The fashioncheque can be spent in multiple transactions. A remaining balance may stay on the card because fashioncheque uses a deduction system.
Where can I order a new stock of fashioncheques?
You can easily order a new stock of fashioncheques via the reorder form or through our customer service.
I’m getting an error message when accepting a fashioncheque, what can I do?
If you receive an error message, please contact our customer service immediately. The fashioncheque may have insufficient balance or the gift card may not yet be active.
Can I stop being a fashioncheque partner at any time?
Yes, you can. Contact our customer service to stop participating in fashioncheque. There are no costs involved.
