Handling orders
If you place an order with us, we use your personal data in order to handle this correctly. We may then give your personal data to our distribution centre in order to arrange for your order to be delivered to you. We also receive information on your payment from your bank. For this, we use your email address, telephone number and your name and address details. For business orders, we also use the company name and VAT number. We do this in connection with the implementation of the contract. When you exchange the fashion cheque with us for an online voucher code, we also ask you for the above contact details, so that we can send you the online voucher code. In order to make shopping at fashioncheque as pleasant as possible, we save your personal data, with your permission, and the data relating to your order and the use of our services. This enables us to personalise the website.
Your account
When you place an order via our webshop, you have the option of registering. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. With this, we create an account, that you can log into with that user name and a password that you choose yourself. For this, we use your payment details, email address, your name and address details, the invoicing address and telephone number. We have a legitimate interest in this. We save these data so that you do not have to enter them again whenever you place an order with us. Via your account, you can change your data whenever you want. We save these data until you cancel the account. If you want to cancel your account, you can notify us of this. We will then delete it for you.
Web form and Newsletter
With contact forms, you can ask us questions, make requests or register or deregister for the digital newsletter. We use your email address for this.
