How can I use my fashioncheque in an online shop?
Choose fashioncheque or Gift Card as your payment method during checkout. Then enter your 19-digit card number and 6-digit SC code.
Please note: Do not use the field for discount codes or coupon codes.
How do I use my fashioncheque at Zalando and H&M?
Would you like to use your fashioncheque at one of these webshops? First, simply exchange your fashioncheque via our exchange page.
My fashioncheque doesn't work at a participating store. What should I do?
First, check whether the store participates in the fashioncheque program by using our Shopfinder. Also make sure that your gift card is still valid and has sufficient balance.
If your gift card still doesn't work, please contact our customer service and provide the following information:
The name and location of the store;
The date and time of your payment attempt;
The error message you received.
The balance on my fashioncheque has been deducted, but my order was unsuccessful. What should I do?
Your balance is reserved as soon as you enter your card details. It may take some time for the amount to be automatically refunded to your gift card. If the balance has not been restored after 24 hours, please contact the webshop where you placed your order. The webshop will first verify whether the order was completed. If it was not, they will either process the refund themselves or ask us to refund the amount to your gift card.
