Can I return a fashion cheque purchased via the webshop?

Unfortunately no. The fashioncheque will be sent activated. This waives your right of withdrawal, which means you cannot return the fashioncheque.

I have spent my fashioncheque. Now I want to return/send my items. How do I get my fashion cheque credit back?

The affiliated shop or shop is free to decide how they deal with items that are returned and have been (partially) paid for with fashioncheque. You will receive a refund, a discount code/voucher from the relevant shop/store or a new fashioncheque. Please contact the webshop or store for more information.
